The kitchen is fully stocked and opens up to a large dining table and bright & spacious living room. There is a smart TV in the living room, a gorgeous patio deck with outdoor seating and dining, complete with fire pit. Downstairs in the den you’ll find another queen sized bed, a separate living space, half bath, kitchenette and tons on games for the family to play. The backyard has a couple chairs and Cornhole! There’s free parking in the back of the home, as well as the driveway, and unregulated street parking. In the garage there is a washer and dryer for your use.
Transit
A trolley service can take you to many places in San Diego: the International border, downtown, Little Italy, UCSD, University Town Center (shopping and dining), and more! The station is walking distance from this home. And street parking in the neighborhood is free, unregulated and easily had.
