A “groovy” and fun 2 bedroom with 4 sleeping areas (1 king, a sleeper sofa (queen), and bunk beds (2 full)). 2 smart televisions and high-speed internet for entertainment (or work…). The bungalow has a private outdoor space as well off the kitchen.
Transit
The unit comes with a designated parking spot for one car, and street parking is easy to come by. We’ve partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Notes
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Neighborhood
Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace.
Access
The entire unit is yours. There is also an assigned parking space off the alley behind the building. And we have a shared garage with all the beach amenities you will need during your visit.
