Welcome to Vacation Rentals by Aaron! Feel free to browse our wonderful properties through the search function on the homepage. Once you move forward on a rental, the following information as well as the Guest Services page will help you prepare for your stay.

Two days prior to your arrival you will receive a text message from 619-304-4304 with a link to the Property Guide. The Guide will have all of the details to get you checked into the property and any other information you'll need during your stay. Should any need arise during your stay, please feel free to text us at that number. 

Our standard check-in time is 3 p.m. In regards to the availability of early check-in, you will receive an automated text message on the day of arrival IF your rental is cleaned & ready before the set check-in time. 

Important notes/house rules: 

- Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid.

- There is no smoking permitted within any our properties (and limited smoking permitted outdoors at our properties; please ask if you have any questions about this). 

- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. We are all part of this wonderful and fantastic sharing economy and, to keep it vibrant and thriving, please act as a steward when you visit.
