Space
A gorgeous, completely stocked kitchen is the first thing that will catch your eye when you enter the open concept living space. Anything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a cup of coffee, we’ve got you covered! The living area has a large SmartTV, sleeper couch, and plenty of seating. Bedroom one has two queen beds and a TV, the master bedroom has a king bed + attached bathroom with shower, Bedroom Three has a queen bed, and Bedroom Four has a full-sized + twin trundle bed. There is another full bathroom, a washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and gorgeous front patio space complete with Cornhole and putt putt golf! No need to bring your own, there are towels, chairs, and bougie boards just waiting to hit the beach.
Transit
There is one parking spot off the alley in the back. Street parking is also free and unregulated in the neighborhood.

Neighborhood
OB is the hippest and most “neighborly” of San Diego’s beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. You are still removed enough to enjoy a more quiet, neighborhood experience, while still being close enough to enjoy the night life of OB. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 2 days prior to check-in, and if you need anything, Vacation Rentals By Aaron is available 24/7! The host also lives on-site in a studio behind the property, in case there is an emergency.
