This is a detached one bedroom guest house on the back of a larger property. There are no shared spaces with the front house, and the two rentals are separated by a 2 fences. There’s easy, assigned parking in the alley (2 spots). Located right on beautiful Sunset Cliffs, you won’t find a better location in OB! Walking distance to Ocean Beach, a laid back beach town with its own casual style. Less than 15 min drive to all of the best San Diego has to offer (La Jolla, Mission Bay, Balboa Park and Downtown).
