Notes
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Dogs are welcome for a $100 pet fee.
Neighborhood
Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace.
