Notes
This is a duplex with an identical unit next door. All spaces are private; none are shared. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.

OB is the hippest and most “neighborly” of San Diego’s beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area… and you are literally across the street from a number of bars, restaurants and coffee shops! All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!
