Notes
This is a duplex with an identical unit next door. All spaces are private; none are shared. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.

OB is the hippest and most “neighborly” of San Diego’s beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach.
