Nice studio, with all amenities as mentioned, and with a nice big sit out area as shown in pictures. Very close to Trolley station, that was a big plus - shopping, groceries, restaurants are all accessible via the Trolley. Even the beaches, a bus ride away. Yes, some noise seeps through from upstairs, but nothing excessive, and I had no issues with it. All in all, well worth it.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while visiting San Diego. The listing was exactly as described, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge had been updated to a full-size model, which made storing extra groceries a breeze. The outdoor space was immaculate—a perfect place to unwind after a full day of exploring San Diego’s attractions. One evening, we enjoyed dinner and a beer outside, which was lovely. The location is excellent, close to plenty of stores and all the major attractions. There’s ample parking, and the area felt safe and secure. Overall, a great spot in a prime location—we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time staying at Aaron's place. The space was clean and just like the way it was described. One thing I loved was that you have everything you need for the few days you are there. The check in was a breeze. The common area is beautifully set up for a perfect vacation. You have a lot of privacy and we had no issues with parking, there was always a spot open right by the gate. The instructions are crystal clear and we will definitely be back again.

We had a great stay. The room is clean and has everything that you need. It’s well laid out and the host is very thoughtful in all the amenities. Our favorite part of the property was the patio/out door living space! Coffee in the morning was delightful watching the hummingbirds visit. We even ordered pizza one night and had dinner out there. The location is central to most everything. We didnt have a car and walking wasn’t realistic. That’s the only “flaw”. But the property was wonderful and we would definitely come back!!! Everything was great, wonderful, gorgeous. Had everything I needed. The only thing was told the upstairs was not going to be home is why I decided to pick that spot, not that we were loud but was expecting full quiet during baby nap time. Appears that someone was home, she was very nice. Though I needed a quiet spot during baby nap time. At the end of it worked out just fine kind had to deal with the noise as I cling my jaw at every noise, worry don’t mind me just first time mom. Thank Aaron for the stay. Will for sure stay again

Susan, apologies for the miscommunication. My sister resides upstairs but she shortened her plan vacation, which was why she was home during your visit! I appreciate the concern when you are new to the kids game (mine are now 22 and 19) but I can assure you that the sooner you get them used to noise the better! Place was clean, had everything you needed and in a great location. Please keep in mind there are other renters in the building. Your stay may depend on their behavior, unfortunately the upstairs neighbor was noisy for me one morning. The outdoor space is gorgeous but also a shared space.

Our stay at Asron's studio unit was excellent. The location was perfect and on a quiet street, the outdoor seating area was very inviting and the rest of the unit was as advertised. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well outfitted. On future trips to San Diego we'll be looking to stay there again.

Great location - less than 15 minutes to just about everything like Sea World, Coronado, zoo, and the airport. Great communication by the host and very friendly. The patio is beautiful and was a great place to stay with our 2 little ones! 10/10

Overall, we had a lovely 2-week stay at this Airbnb. One thing I would say is this location is not ideal if you don’t have a car. Although they are close to the transit station, it still takes over an hour to get to most tourist locations and there is really nothing within walking distance in terms of getting groceries or items you might need to grab. The hostess was very friendly to us and provided everything described in the listing description. The noise above and through the walls can be loud at times, and there were renovations happening at some points but overall a quiet area in a nice neighbourhood. The backyard area was a bit messy at times and there was dog poop in the grass part which made it not as nice to hang out in. We did enjoy the back area to BBQ and cook. Thank you for having us!

I loved the stay, my boyfriend and I went for the weekend to visit family with my two dogs. The stay was in a great location, the family that lives in the house was very friendly. The refrigerator was was stocked with drinks to cool down. I definitely will be staying here again. I loved how easy it was to get everything from The studio, it smelled so fresh when you walked in and throughout the stay. There are cameras on the property even though the area is safe I felt kind of more safe. A lot of food restaurants, grocery stores and the beach was 10 mins away. The neighborhood felt really safe and the outside Part of the Airbnb was so nice next time I would definitely want to use it. Thanks so much for our stay.

Great place, bed was comfortable, noise was very minimal. Additions like coffee, beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Great location to serve as a home base (with a car). Not the place if you want a lot of natural light & privacy. The windows and French door open up to the beautiful patio that is a common area. We kept the blinds/curtain closed most of the time.

Such a cute little studio! Nice patio area, wonderful shower, and extremely comfortable bed! One of my favorite things was the filtered water beside the sink! The outside patio area is shared and you are attached to a main home, so you are able to hear people walking around and talking throughout the evening. Overall, it’s a lovely place and O would definitely stay again

The studio was perfect for my time in San Diego as an attendee at AERA, a larger conference hosted downtown. While being close to the freeway that allowed me to get to the conference each morning in ~10 minutes, the property was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample street parking. The study was extremely clean, and outfitted with all the comforts I needed. Aaron was also very responsive, which made for a seamless experience.

This studio is great for a couple or solo traveler. It was myself, my girlfriend and our dogs for the week and this space was perfect for that. They had a stocked fridge with beer so that was a huge plus and the patio is gorgeous. Nice bathroom with a fancy toilet seat which was so nice I just ordered one for ourselves. The place was very clean and it’s about a 10 min drive to the beach. Has everything you need and the hosts were easy to communicate with, would definitely stay here again!

This property was just as described! In a very cute neighborhood that if you walk up the street, you can see the ocean. The yard and patio area is beautiful with plenty of seating and great bbq setup to grill our dinner. Having some beers and bubbly water in the fridge was a nice touch! Bed was super comfortable and mini kitchen had everything we needed including some creamer for our coffee we made each morning. Owner was very sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely rent again someday.

This studios is very clean and comfortable. It has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric water pot for tea, French press for coffee. The patio area has a gas grill with a burner if you plan on doing some cooking. The unit was equipped with pots, pans, utensils and serviceware. Unfortunately, we were so busy, we didn't have the chance to utilize this, but the patio is very inviting. We plan on repeat booking this place.

This place is an A+ from my husband and I! The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and just what you want with your home away from home. Whitney & Aaron were accommodating beyond belief, even with a bottle of red wine to wait for us! The studio is exactly how it looks, no surprises. We had everything we needed, and even some extras. Plenty of ways to cook food if you don’t want to go out every time. They made it such a great stay for us that we are thinking about moving to San Diego. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Awesome air bnb, complete with luxury sheets, linens, nespresso, and the amenities you could need. Outdoor patio really makes the space feel huge and inviting. Room is in excellent condition with newer fixtures and finishes.

We needed a quick getaway while our condo was being fumigated. I was a little stressed trying to find a location that would accommodate our pups. BOOM... I found the perfect place for a quick get away. The location is perfect. It’s just a quick 10 minute drive in any direction really to EVERYTHING! The studio was very clean and very cute! Easy check in and out process and Aaron and Whittney are super cool and very accommodating. There are so many little touches including nice outdoor area with patio seating, BBQ grill, burner and a fridge stocked with a variety of beverages at your disposal. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the sun! The Neighbors were also very friendly while we walked our dogs around the neighborhood 10/10 we will definitely stay here. Thanks again for a relaxing stay!

Even better than the photos! The studio is adorable, clean and the bed is comfy. The patio/outdoor kitchen is right out of a magazine! The location is perfect. You can literally get anywhere worth going in minutes. Whittney was great! I will definitely be staying there again.

Place is super cozy the backyard is so spacious and the bathroom is so nice! They even have a heated toilet seat! All in all this bnb was a 10/10 the host was super helpful and even left a paper with local places to eat with a lot of details! Definitely recommend this bnb if you’re a couple

We had the best month-and-a-half stay! The outdoor space is gorgeous- plenty of room/seating options, a covered area, and fast wifi. Location is great. 5-15 minute drive to everything. Aaron and Whittney (who lives on site with her son and dog) were both super responsive and welcoming throughout. Best of all, our corgi met a new best friend in Summer, the dog! Highly recommend for both short and longer term stays.

The location was perfect - only within a few minutes drive to the beaches. Everything was very clean on arrival. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and courteous. The patio was great for sunset and evening hangouts. The dogs loved to run around on it also! Will definitely be booking a stay here again next time I'm in San Diego.

A wonderful spot. Loved the garden patio, perfect for open-air dining with takeout, we loved the beer fridge and stargazing from the couch. The King bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the rain shower as well. Definitely recommend! A great location near the bay and 20 minutes from Point Loma and Sunset Cliffs, or Coronado, and 15 minutes from La Jolla and even closer to nearby restaurants and shopping like Trader Joes or Target.

This is a great studio with thoughtful amenities such as snacks, a beautiful garden patio area, and a mini fridge stocked with all types of drinks. The studio was very clean and the host, Whitney, was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was a surprise to me was that the studio is located underneath and connected to the hosts’ house. The walls are pretty thin so you hear footsteps, vacuuming, children playing, etc. The backyard patio area is right outside your front door so if anyone is hanging out back there, they have direct line of sight into your room. It would have been nice if all of that was mentioned in the description. Besides that I enjoyed the studio. The host even gave me access to some quality gym equipment. I would recommend this listing to anyone with the aforementioned additional information.

I try to correctly describe the space as it is (an attached studio that is part of but separate from a larger home) and the outdoor shared space is listed as such (the advantage of this particular unit is the direct connection to the shared space, however, you do have to close your blinds for privacy when another guest is using the patio). Regardless, thank you for clarifying it further. We try to provide a wonderful cost effective way to visit San Diego and I think we achieve that!

A nice little studio. Great and easy check-in process. Host was thoughtful and brought us a bottle of wine when we arrived. Studio is nice, clean, and bright. Only thing is that the walls are a tad bit thin. Other than that, a great place to stay!
