Amazing 2BR Home in the Heart of Rancho Bernardo

We had an excellent stay when visiting family in Rancho Bernardo! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs with a young child! Lot of space and amenities provided! We had everything we could have needed during our stay in the house! It was clean and very comfortable!

We had a great stay here! House was very homey and cozy and was so much bigger than it looked in the photos. They did a great job with the remodel and the outdoor space. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Aaron was a great communicator and flexible with us when it came to late check out. My boys loved it, we would definitely come back!

We had a family event to attend in Poway, and Aaron’s house was 15 min away from where my niece lived. This house is in a nice neighborhood, and close to shopping centers. Easy check in, everything was clean, and a nice backyard too :) We would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying here. This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and super clean! Massive backyard, comfortable beds and furniture and we had our privacy. The home is flawless beautifully decorated. We loved everything about this house. My favorite part was the backyard It’s massive, comfortable seating and the view is breathtaking. We felt so at home and by the end of our stay didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, Plates, etc. Great barbecue grill, in the backyard, Clementine tree and fire pit. I highly recommend this place and hoping to return soon.

Thank you Aaron your home was wonderful. Beautiful views, and a beautiful home inside and out. The mountain views are spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and friendly. Aaron's home was fully equiped with lots of extras. Close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. We needed a home that was close to our home and our office (just a couple of miles away) while our home was being renovated. The renovation was taking longer than anticipated, and Aaron graciously accommodated us. Allowing us the extra time until we were able to move back home. This is an awesome place to stay and we highly recommend it! Thank you Aaron for your hospitality.

I had the absolute best stay at Aaron’s place. I was headed to San Diego during what was predicted to be a pretty horrendous storm, and found myself scrambling to find a place safer for the weather than the beach-front property I had reserved for the week. Aaron graciously accommodated am extremely last-minute booking. My arrival was perfect thanks to excellent instructions/communication from Aaron. The home itself was so lovely and cozy. I felt so comfortable, and it truly felt like staying in the home of a friend or family member. I loved my stay so much that I even ended up staying an extra night (thanks to Aaron for facilitating this)! Would absolutely return and would recommend this spot to anybody visiting the area!

Aaron was very responsive and helped this first time mom of a 5 month old on their first trip away from home feel comfortable. Bedroom had room for pack n play crib. Shades on windows do not blackout, but we borrowed a slumberpod that did the trick. Great outdoor seating made it easy to hangout after baby went to sleep without worrying about noise. Would 100% rent again if we make another trip.

This is our second year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but with walkable access to shopping and restaurants. Most of the San Diego hotspots are 30 minutes away by car or less, and there are many hidden gems even closer. The house has a very nicely setup back patio, with plenty of shade and a firepit. Perfect for lounging.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It is a cute and comfortable place to stay and we loved the backyard which included a gas fire pit. The living area is very spacious and the house had everything we needed and more. And it is also a nice neighborhood for taking walks and seeing the scenic mountain views! The location was great because it is close to our son and his wife who are in the Navy. We were here to visit them and their new baby!

Very clean and quiet, close to freeways. The couches reminded us of home - leather reclining. The backyard is awesome. 2 Full baths and large bedrooms made it very comfortable. There is a bonus room, could be used as a den or enclosed sunroom, that is big with windows all around and seating under the windows. Great place, hope it's available again when we're looking for a place to stay.

This is a great house for our small family to stay. The living area was especially specious and a great play area for my toddler. Aaron is very quick to respond and accommodating. Our home was flooded and we booked this for a day-of stay, and our reservation was quickly accepted. Additionally, we needed to extend our stay and due to availability, this was no problem.

What a lovely home! We liked the convenience of self check in, having a garage to park in, having two full bathrooms, and most of all having a pet friendly place to stay for our dog. We had such a comfortable stay with plenty of spaces to sit and relax inside the house, as well as outside in the beautiful backyard. It was a great place to work from home as well. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could possibly need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, neighbors were friendly, and there was a plaza with plenty of restaurants just down the street. Communication was great with the host. Would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful home and met all our expectations based on the description provided by the host. The house is super clean and in a lovely, quiet over-55 neighborhood. This is the Airbnb all others should aspire to be. Immaculately clean. Well stocked with everything. Host super responsive at all times and went out of his way to be helpful. And to me, the most important and rare quality. 100% honesty in what was advertised. Any surprise was a good one. Way too many places claim to be houses and are duplexes or...something other than houses. What you read in Aaron’s ad is exactly what you get.

We stayed in this amazing home for a week while visiting family nearby. It is very kid and dog friendly. The whole back area of the home ended up being the play area for the kids. Our dog felt at home playing in the back yard and the neighborhood was great for walks in the am and pm. There are tons of stores and eateries nearby which made grocery shopping and picking up coffee easy. A huge plus were that there were plenty of towels. I packed my own since sometimes the Airbnb’s we stay at do not have enough, but that was not an issue here. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

The entertaining space in the backyard was a great gathering place for when we had our family from LA who came down for a visit. We loved sitting around the beautiful fire pit and chatting. The home has everything you could possibly need: lots of extra towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen things, paper products, even a cabinet of toys for visiting kiddos.

This is a 50 year old neighborhood and a small house but the owner has spent a lot of time and money remodeling, adding on, and improving the property. Everything was clean and neat and well-stocked with soaps, towels, linens, etc. The living room, large family room and back yard are very well done and great places for relaxing. The air conditioning unit is new and works well. The back yard landscaping is very nice and especially well-suited for socializing. The neighbors on both sides are nice and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and traffic is low. One does have to be cognizant of this being a 55+ age neighborhood so the expectation is that guests will be quiet; the home has reminder signs. There is off street parking room for 3 cars and you can use the garage. Aaron and Betsy of Vacation Rentals by Aaron are great communicators and always answered emailed questions within a few minutes. I highly recommend this house and Vacation Rentals by Aaron.

Everything was at least as expected, or exceeded our expectations. What a haven for us in Rancho Bernardo to get away with the pets while being fumigated. Lots of thoughtful touches to make it easy for renters! So homey and nice for staying in and relaxing during a very stressful week. Communication was on point, Aaron was very quick to reply to any requests, although we didn’t really need anything during our stay. We’ll be back if we have to be vacated from our home again!

As so many people have said before me, this home is a true gem. The house has been very stylishly done up, with very tasteful furniture and innumerable personal touches all over the home. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked. The backyard and multi-level garden are also so gorgeous that we wanted to spend all our time at home. The current owners (the Delong brothers) have made their father's home into a truly outstanding house for future AirBnB guests To add icing to the cake, Aaron is a quick / responsive host and the location is stellar. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Rancho Bernardo with shops, restaurants and the freeways less than a mile away. Aaron was super-quick and very courteous with his responses. This place comes highly recommended !!!

Adorable 2 bedroom house with Beach theme. Spacious kitchen and living room. The house has a big backyard with grill, tables and chairs to relax along with outdoor stairs and a little garden that looks like faerie tale style. There is Property Manager and we spoke mainly with her.

This rental has a great back yard. It’s close to I-15 and you can walk to shopping. The inside has been updated and is very comfortable. The property owner and manager were great. Hope to stay there again.

This place is the perfect little hideaway. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The backyard is like an oasis. Seriously...I was out there every single night by the fire. It was so cozy. The house was clean and very cozy. Everything you need. It was seriously like staying in a resort. I absolutely loved it. My only suggestion would be, of you're a business person who's going to need good internet, bring a mifi device. The internet is fine for checking email etc, but beyond that was pretty slow. But it did make me shut down and relax more, so maybe that's a good thing. Just wanted you to know. The host communicated well the entire time. Checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. If I'm ever back in this area, I'd stay here again for sure.

If you need to be in the Rancho Bernardo or Rancho Penasquitos area, this house is just perfectly located. Also only about 20 minutes from Del Mar. You can walk to a shopping center where there are numerous restaurant choices and a grocery store. Uber is also really convenient in the area The house has been completely remodeled and has everything you'll need but the backyard is what makes this house. Hummingbirds nesting and feeding their babies, tons of birds and flowers, huge palm tree and giant awning over the patio - it's really paradise back there.

Great place to stay. Extremely clean, comfortable, nice bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, really nice outdoor area with fire pit. Central to anything in Rancho Bernardo. Highly recommend.
