Bay Breeze Retreat

Solid spot to stay during a SD trip. Aaron was easy to work with and communicated very well. Had an issue checking in (lock had no power), but Aaron was responsive and quickly had us in the space.

Good location, great house to fit a larger family. Only issue was the cleanliness, but enjoyed our stay overall.

Steve, thanks for bringing the small amount of dust on a couple shelves and the one microscopic spot on the bottom 2 inches of a top sheet to our attention. We brought it to our cleaner's attention and have addressed it by letting her know she is doing a great job. Glad the rest of the 2000 square foot house was up to your standards! The house was really lovely. It looked like the photos, but was probably even better in person. There are two outdoor spaces, a very spacious downstairs patio, and a smaller but more used (by us) upstairs balcony with a bbq, great/ample/comfy seating, and a great view. The bedrooms were nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern. Ohhh and plenty of hot water. Thanks for the great vacation home!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aaron's Airbnb near Mission Bay! The location couldn't have been any better for our family trip. The house itself was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to beach towels, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The patio deck was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation with a stunning view of seaworlds summer spectacular. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 8, making it ideal for both small groups and family vacations. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We can't recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning on our next trip to San Diego!

Very responsible host. Lots of clean towels and blankets. Very comfy. Aaron was thoughtful and responsive. The balcony was also great for viewing the nightly fireworks. Would recommend!

We stayed at the Bay Breeze Retreat over an extended 4th-of-July weekend. This place is perfect for a family or a quiet larger group. Nice outdoor patio and a separate large balcony with great views of the Sea World area. All (almost all?) the rooms had separately controllable AC units with remote so it was easy to keep the temperature just right for everyone. Great well-stocked kitchen. Super responsive host. Great location. 10-15m tops driving to most spots you'd want to go, and the neighborhood itself has all the essentials like groceries available within a dozen blocks. The only con I'd mention is just the separately rentable studio garage unit that's attached to the house (but separate entrances and parking). We had two different couples stay during the four nights we were in the house, and they were great and kept to themselves -- but just something to keep in mind if you want a fully detached, fully private unit. All in all, highly recommended!!

First time in San Diego! Love the AirBnb! Favorite was the second floor patio/deck. Enjoyed the breeze and even got to see the fireworks from there. Will definitely come back again!

We felt right at home, the host was very communicative with clear instructions and the property was easy to access, and plenty of parking space for our group! The location was also a short drive to all attractions in SanDiego. We were able to catch the fireworks from sea-world on the balcony every night which everyone loved! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay in San Diego. Everything is at max a 10-15 minutes drive. The outdoor patio was our favorite! Perfect for a group of 7. Convenient parking spots.

I just arrived from a vacation at an incredible Airbnb in San Diego, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was special. The property itself was stunning – everything was clean, new, and beautifully maintained. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, creating an environment that was both luxurious and welcoming.
