I spent 2 weeks at this rental. It is in a convenient location. It is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. Convenient location. Great place!

Great Rental, Host is extremely friendly and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Great location, about 5 blocks to the beach and to the downtown shopping strip. Always felt safe on the property and getting to the property. Very cozy and comfortable, perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. Would recommend and would return.

We had an amazing stay! The house was very well-maintained and just a short walk to the beach, which we loved. The host thoughtfully provided beach equipment, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge convenience. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan in the bedroom and other fans were super helpful during the heat wave. (We knew ahead of time there was no AC.) Loved having the washer and dryer and lovely kitchen with beautiful appliances. With shopping within walking distance, we stocked up on the first day and were set for our stay, The outside space was nice and clean like the inside space. The location was great - near shops, restaurants, and the beach. Aaron answered questions promptly and very kindly. He was a great host for us and we will come back again!

Everything was exactly as described! Was a bit hot in the bedroom as there was no cross breeze, but we did our best with fans (also expected it based on reviews). Kitchen was perfect and having the washer/dryer was an added bonus.

The place was exactly as described and the hosts provided very clear instructions on checking in and out. We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Also, it was nice to not be right on the strip.. just close enough!! The orange trees were a plus, so tasty and refreshing! We would definitely stay again and recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Ocean Beach! The location is a nice walk to the beach and having beach supplies was awesome. I saw the mentions of the airplane noise but we were used to it in no time and honestly keeps the neighborhood a little more low-key and chill than it would be otherwise. Clean, cute and comfortable and totally safe-feeling, will stay again

The space was amazing! It was about a 15 min walk to the beach and there is a a lot of bars/restaurants a few streets over. The stay was great the space was very clean and i felt Very comfortable there. Like what is listed there is no AC but it wasn’t a problem there are fans available and with them on it was very comfortable. I would Definitely stay here again. Perfect for a solo traveler!

Great place to stay in San Diego! Walkable to lots of great restaurants and the beach. The place had everything we needed, including beach supplies. The only thing that took a little getting used to was the noise from airplanes taking off at the airport. But other wise a great stay!

Great place and I loved that we have a designated parking spot. The only thing I had a problem with was when I first checked in (he allowed me to check in earlier due to my flight being early) the house was still a bit dirty from the last guest. He got everything situated right away but the cleaners did throw away my food which was very disappointing. He tried his best to accommodate me though so I do appreciate that a lot. Overall, I would definitely stay here again despite the small mishaps.

Paresh thanks for being a great guest. For reference the bathroom has a window for ventilation which makes an exhaust fan redundant and unnecessary. This was a great stay! Super comfortable, quiet, and awesome amenities. Loved being able to do laundry and cook! I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a private place to relax, and it’s a short walk to the beach or OB Noodle House.

* Good location. A short walk from Newport Avenue which has restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood that felt safe. You'll see families in the neighborhood. * Bedroom had good blinds in case you wanted to sleep in, and the ceiling fan is quiet. * Aaron is friendly and very responsive. He let me delay checkout by 2 hours for a later flight. * Place was mostly clean except for some stains on the sofa. * The bathroom doesn't have a typical exhaust. So you have to keep the bathroom window open to let the steam out and keep the bedroom door closed. Else, the steam starts to set off the smoke detector in living room.

We stayed at this cute AIRBNB for a few nights while visiting family in SD. It was in a great location and walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. Everything was described accurately- we just made the mistake of not checking if there was AC before booking. It was a little warm in the AirBNB but fans were provided. We're just spoiled with AC at home! If you are thinking of staying in OB, this is a great option!

We enjoyed our stay right in Ocean Beach. The unit was very accessible, just a ten minute walk down to the shops and restaurants. The place was equipped with everything you might need including everything from beach gear to a lint roller. Would love to stay here again!

Aaron's place in Ocean Beach is in a fantastic location and has parking! This place was immaculately clean, spacious, and private. They even provided beach accessories and allowed us to use some firewood that was in the yard. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to note is that the noise from the airport starts early and can be quite loud at times.
