We stayed here during the 4th of July week. The parade went right by the condo and that was fun. The beds were great, comfortable with down comforters on each bed and large TV in every room. The showers were wonderful with ‘rain’ shower heads and wand. Location was great; in town next to shopping and restaurants. We loved using the pool and hot tub. There was a tennis court too we didn’t know about. The condo temperature was perfect in the middle of a hot summer. Very happy with our stay. We recommend others to stay here.

Aaron's condo stands out in a town literally full of condos. The place is nicely appointed and easily one of the nicest ones we've stayed in while coming to Mammoth 3-4x per ski season. The location is great and less than a 5min walk to Vons.

We had an amazing stay at Aaron's listing! The Airbnb was extremely close to everything in town; restaurants, shops, and ski rentals were all in walking distance. The mammoth ski resort was also an incredibly short driving distance. Aaron was extremely proactive in making sure we checked in and settled in without any issues. The Airbnb was pristine when we got there and we were extremely impressed that every room had its own thermostat! Everything about our stay was amazing from the price, to amenities, to the walking distance from everything in town. Thank you for hosting me and my friends!

Please keep in mind that this is our first time at Mammoth! The host provided very clear instructions and check-in was smooth. The place is beautifully renovated and very conveniently located! If you plan on hitting the Mammoth ski resort, then this would be the place for you. It’s great for the price, and right across the Red Line Shuttle (Stop 9), which will take you up Mammoth Village, Woolly’s Adventure/Tube Park, and the Mammoth Main Lodge for the ski resort. The unit is very comfortable for 6 people, including myself. My family, and I had a great time at Mammoth, and we are glad we stayed here! Thank you!

Aarons place was beautiful and very comfortable! 3 stories allowed our group of 8 to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed for home cooked meals. The location was excellent; we were a minute drive from the market and a 2 minute walk to the shuttle that took us straight to the slopes! Absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again!!!

It was a fantastic stay! The house is recently remodeled, so it is very new and clean. The location is very convenient to the heart of Mammoth Lakes, easy access to stores and places nearby. The room is big and bedding is like new! Two shower room is clean and nice two. They have heater on ceiling, and hot water comes out fast. Laundry room is actually not in the facility, but it is okay because we only stay for 2 nights. But it will be much better to have one inside.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy a fun weekend ski trip! Pictures are totally accurate - it's a mountain condo - nothing fancy just a warm, cozy place to make your home base for your time enjoying all that Mammoth has to offer. Location is incredible - right in the heart of grocery stores/markets (4 within walking distance - 2 big chains and 2 great little markets), tons of restaurants, and buses that will take you to any part of town or the mountain you care to visit. Aaron is fantastic - highly responsive and helpful.

The condo is decent size, perfect for a family trip. The wood fireplace gets the top too floors very warm and they supplied lots of wood for it, an excellent touch. The location is great, walkable to restaurants and a big Vons for groceries. Aaron was very responsive and helpful.

This place is in a great location, with plenty of space and everything you need for a trip to Mammoth. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our own simple meals most of the trip. Vons, shops, and restaurants are all walking distance, within 1-2 blocks. Check-in/out is super easy with a lockbox. The place was clean, everything worked, it had all the linens we needed, and the host was very responsive to messages.

The condo is in the center of the town. You have grocery stores walking distance. Restaurants walking distance. Hiking trails, lakes, along with chair lifts are a short drive as well. Overall great place to stay in mammoth.

For the most part, our group had a comfortable stay at this condo. Probably the greatest asset of this place is its location. Super convenient to Vons and Eagle Lodge, and the shuttle picks up right outside. We cooked most meals at home. Everything in the kitchen worked, but it was lacking in some essential supplies like a flat spatula and wine opener. I also think the condo could have been a little cleaner. But overall, good condo. And Aaron was very responsive with all my questions prior to checking in.

The condo is super well situated right by the ski shuttles, easy parking, fully stocked with most kitchen supplies and bedding you would need. Lots of room for sleeping, and overall a very clean and comfortable place. Aaron was a terrific host, he stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, and always responded immediately when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location...very close to grocery store and bus stop. The bus stop was so close, easy to use, and took us to Eagle lodge in such a short time. The house itself was VERY comfortable for our family of 5. The kids loved the loft and I loved the thought out kitchen. We cooked most meals in the condo and I found that EVERYTHING I needed was supplied. Last but not least, the complex was quiet which is a must for our family. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again.

We rented this beautiful place for our ski trip. It’s super clean with all what you need from fresh linens and towels to soap shampoo, etc.. the kitchen is well equipped. It’s about 2mn from Vons supermarket, Rite Aid and all the ski rental shops. Communication with Aaron was smooth. Check in instructions were clear. We had a really good time. We will back again !!! The communication with Aaron was excellent from the time we booked our trip, right before our trip, during our trip and after our trip. Provided very detail information of the check in process, the amenities of the place and how to use the heater and fireplace. There was also a binder at the place providing additional information. The check in process was easy. Everything was exactly as it was described. We had plenty of space and everything we needed (e.g. towels, clean bed sheets, blankets, firewood, fire starter, etc.). We had a great stay at Aaron's place and would definitely stay there again in the future.

This condo is awesome. Close to everything. Sleeps 8 comfortably, hosts are amazing. Place was clean and we were able to check in, hit Vons for groceries, and get out to the pow-pow. Perfect for a single family, two families, &/ or an adult trip. Loved the layout and kids were stoked on the loft and the huge flat screen. We will definitely book this place again for either winter or summer. We will see you again soon Mammy!

Great location; next to stores and restaurants, night trolley stop. Amenities were perfect: Super soft sheets, comfy beds, plenty of towels, Kirkland shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Excellent communication: Assistance was only a phone call or text message away, and I received quick responses. Graciousness: The day of check-out, we asked if we could leave a little later than the due time (10am) and this host kindly accommodated us. This made a big difference to us, and we were very appreciative!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron's place. The location was great - central to everything and just a 5- to 10-minute walk to the Vons. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The kids loved the loft and having a TV up there! (Just be aware of the steep stairs.) We used the tennis courts, pool, and jacuzzi. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. All in all, we had a memorable stay!

This place is right downtown. Vons is across the street, as is Roberto's. Parking is easy. Check-in is easy. There is only one neighbor, and the walls hardly touch anywhere in the place. Roku was great for TV. Noise was not an issue. It's hard to see how you could go wrong here.

Great location, space exactly has advertised. My family loved the layout and the homey feel. The host was amazing and communicated so well. You will get what you pay for and it is in the best location. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat

Rented this condo for 8 adults and it has plenty of space. Aaron and Betsy were very helpful and attentive hosts. After mammoth mountain closed on a Saturday due to conditions, Aaron called me up and offered a late checkout so we could make the most of Sunday. Great spot and very nice hosts.

Apartment, including bathrooms, were pristine clean. Towels cleaned and folded, sheets cleaned, beds made, plenty of clean plates for everyone. Literally everything was prepped and ready, couldn't ask for more.

We wanted a quick getaway to the snow and this place was perfect. Located right in downtown mammoth, across the street from Von’s and Starbucks (and an adorable cafe called Mama’s), this place was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We even walked to dinner in the snow because the restaurants (check out Blue and Roberto’s Cantina) were so close! In addition to being close to everything, the green line shuttle to Eagle Lodge was literally steps from our front door. We got to the snow in 15 minutes and didn’t have to hassle with parking. The unit was clean and nice. Had everything we needed including a cozy fireplace. Aaron left us a bottle of red wine to welcome us which was a nice touch! Aaron was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. Gave us great tips too! He recommended the Black Doubt Brewery (across the street and walkable as well!) and Black Velvet Coffee and Wine Bar (a short drive but the most amazing Belgian waffle you’ll ever have - trust me). Overall we loved this getaway and we’ll be back.
