What a lovely rental! The unit was spacious, so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed and more. Quick walk to the Bay and beach. I would absolutely stay there again!

This property was meticulous, clean and everything was new. The great room area and kitchen were very spacious and and comfortable. The house had all amenities we would need, from kitchen appliances and utensils, to beach toys and bikes. We would definitely stay here again, as it is a great value considering everything has been remodeled and the new condition of the property. The property manager was also great to work with, very communicative, and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. This is definitely our favorite house we have stayed at in Mission Beach!

Great time at the place! It had everything we needed and was super spacious. Me and my family enjoyed family time in the living room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and to barbecue. It is super close to the beach and Mission Bay so we had the best of both worlds. Walking distance to Belmont park too which was a lot of fun. The beds are super comfortable and everything looked like it was recently updated and fresh. Very clean and beautiful home. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is brand new and very clean. Kitchen had every amenity possible. It was organized and stocked. They had every size zip loc bags, plenty utensils bowls and plates (including kids). It had Keurig and pods. It has every kitchen tool you’ll need from pizza cutter to peeler. There were many dry condiments too. The space had large counter counters and stools for eating at island. The couch is from Love Sac and unbelievably comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with q-tips in cute containers shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washing machine and dryer are brand new and stocked with pods and dryers sheets, even bleach. All beds were comfortable and all rooms had TV’s. It’s location is steps to the bay and Starbucks. I have nothing negative to say, it was awesome.

A great location! Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants, and a playground for our little ones. And only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the tourist attractions like the zoo, Torrey Pines, and La Jolla Cove. The apartment itself has a nice layout and large open room for us all to hang out. The deck and backyard were also lovely - gave us a chance to soak in the sun a bit before heading out for day trips. It was also nice to be able to use the bikes in the garage: we took a bike ride along the boardwalk one evening for a couple of miles. This was a perfect spot for us to get our family together, including two toddlers. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was the perfect amount of space for our group, and the location was the best. It’s so close to everything… the beach, Belmont park, tons of food options, etc. The parking description on airbnb was a little misleading, but it all worked out fine. To be able to have one space inside a 2-car garage made things much easier than your typical Mission Beach narrow tandem garages. We reached out a couple of times to our host and they were always quick to respond. It also had good amount of amenities in the place. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The apartment was great. Exactly as it looks on the pictures. Cosy and had everything we needed for a small family. Including travel cot etc. Bikes and beach toys in the garage were useful. This vacation rental was perfect for a several-day stay in San Diego! Our group enjoyed the Mission Bay location - very easy to get around the greater San Diego area. It was great to walk from the rental to the beach and boardwalk in minutes. The home was exactly what we were looking for - spacious to spread out when we were resetting between activities. There was a small snag with a dead bolt preventing the keypad from operating upon arrival, but the hosts were helpful in working with us to locate a deadbolt key in the garage. The home was very clean and organized. I’d recommend to other looking for a group/family visit to San Diego!

Rental location near to Mission, walking distance. great party area since all neighbors party until all hours of night except the nice lady next door. Renter responsive. The gated off area withinthe house was a bit unnerving. My grand daughter couldn't sleep the first night due to the gated off area with the huge tiki at top of stairs. the bikes in the picture were chained up. not available, which made us sad because another place we looked at has them available to use. be prepared to take your own ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels etc.

Monica, glad you met the neighbors. Mission Beach can always be hit or miss with parties (it is an urban beach area) but generally this unit is on bayside and that tends to be quieter. Your refence to the "gated off area" is merely a staircase to a deck that is not offered as part of the rental (and is not advertised at all). Bikes are available (per the check in instructions we ask that you reach out for the lock code and to release liability for their use). We also have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels, so not sure why you recommend bringing your own. Vacation Rentals by Aaron

The location is really great, although finding it initially was a little bit tricky, it's all one ways and the description was a tiny bit confusing but once we had it figured out it was easy. Having access to beach chairs, cooler and towels was a definite bonus, we went on bike rides in the morning, it was lovely. You are directly across from Belmont park, so much for the kids and adults to do. The beds were very comfortable. there was plenty of space for our family of five. Very nice family neighborhood. Having a garage to park in was amazing.

Our group of 7 stayed here in November. We absolutely loved the location - proximity to Mission beach - everything is in walking distance just a few steps away. About the home - the couch is super comfy, the living room is very spacious. The kitchen had everything our group would need. The Wi-Fi worked well, we didn't have any issues. The ceiling fan and portable AC unit helped cool down the common areas when it got warm and kept us cool. The bedrooms/beds were all very comfy. Aaron would answer any question we had so quickly and made sure we had a smooth check-in! Such an awesome host. We would highly recommend this vacation home to others. Aaron is a great host. This home is 3 blocks from the beach in a great area. Tons of restaurants to walk to and it’s quiet. WiFi works through the house for remote work/zoom calls. There is one large master with a double sinks/shower and two separate rooms (one with bunk beds) and one other room. It’s all on one floor. There is a nice patio that gets sun that we used everyday. Bottom unit is rented out separately, noise/hearing the neighbors is not a problem. I would 100% stay again. They also have bikes in and beach chairs in the garage for use.

This place is one block from the beach and one block from the bay. There is both garage parking and parking in front of the garage which is very convenient. The space gets tons of natural light and has all the staple items for a comfortable stay though the wifi can be a bit challenging if you’re working remotely. The host is very friendly and response. I would 100% recommend this listing and plan to stay again in the future.

The location could not have been better. It was my first trip to Mission. One block walk to Starbucks and the bayside. Two blocks to the Pacific side. These are beach town small blocks, not NYC size blocks. The house was bigger that what I expected and nice, kitchen stocked with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend the house and would certainly stay there again.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we loved it! The house was very clean and had lots of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The location was perfect! Very easy walk to 2 beautiful beaches (bay side and ocean side), and everything we wanted to do was a very easy drive, always less than 20 minutes away! We were concerned about traffic, but it was never an issue, maybe it is busier during summer months? The kids said this was one of their favorite holidays we have ever done, only one other beat it.

our stay with aaron was excellent. they were extremely communicative and worked with us to resolve some problems at the early part of our trip. one thing worth noting is that this house is a duplex that shares its floor as the ceiling of another rental home.

Location, location, location! This spot is less than 100 steps to the Bay and 200 steps to the beach and most everything in SD is within a 20 min uber ride. The unit is clean, with comfy beds and lots of added touches - wagon, beach chairs, toys, and three bikes. The beer glasses were already in the freezer when we arrived! Fantastic beach home just steps from the ocean! My family of 5 had a blast exploring the area and checking out the many local sites. Any other attraction we wanted was within a 15-20 minute drive. The place was clean and spacious. The garage has all sorts of fun beach items and there are bikes and a paddle board. Communication was easy and fast. If this unit is available for your trip, grab it up fast!

Nice place to stay. Slept 7 people pretty comfortably. Walking distance to food and beach.
