Loved our stay! The house was fantastic for our family. I was travelling with my husband, baby, mom and brother and it was very comfortable for all of us. Great location! We walked everywhere in La Jolla- shops, beach, restaurants etc. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in December with grandparents and our kids. The house worked really well for us - lots of places to sit, big dining room table, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was excellent, as it was easy to walk to downtown La Jolla, parks, and Windansea. Great spot!

This house is in a great location. Stayed here as I recovered from surgery with my family. Walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, the water. The parking is incredibly tight and not suitable for an SUV, but there is a good amount of street parking available so this wasn't a huge problem for us. I could not figure out how to lock the door the first night and the host was very responsive but reminded me to look at the app for instructions. The second issue we ran into was that I plugged my phone charger into the wall and it started sparking and flames were coming out. He sent someone over to the house immediately who reminded me that salt water and electronics don't mix well which I didn't think was appropriate. (I had not left the house). The lights throughout the house buzzed our entire stay - seems to be some issue with dimmers. Overall this house was fine, clean and in a good location for a brief stay.

The house is in an amazing location, very close to downtown La Jolla. We were able to walk just one block to numerous delicious eateries, grocery store, and the beach. I would absolutely return here!

Beautiful, pristine Airbnb with so many amenities. We were able to take a cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrella to the beach in a large rolling beach wagon. How perfect for a group of 11 girls! Everything made me feel at home with a touch of luxury from the comfy king bed, spacious bathrooms/showers, large equipped kitchen and outdoor space. Locking the front door took some figuring out for the first time but the host was always very responsive so it wasn’t an issue. I’ll always have fond memories celebrating my bachelorette here. Thank you again!

Beautiful interior with lots of natural light. Location is perfect, walkable to the beach. Outdoor space is a nice spot to hangout with the accordion doors providing an indoor/outdoor airflow during warm summer days. Providing simple toiletries like toothpaste is a nice touch because sometimes when traveling you may forget to pack travel sized toothpaste or toothbrush.

Beautiful house with a great area for outside dining. The beds were comfortable and it easily accommodated our group of 12. The host was super helpful and provided everything we needed for a great day at the beach! We drove to the beach because it was going to be a long walk with little ones, but it was a short drive. Check out was very easy as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Aaron’s place was great. Beautiful home in La Jolla. Felt very safe and you can see the ocean from the second story of the house. It was very clean and well stocked. I loved the appliances and the toiletries provided. We really appreciated the little touches! There was very easy street parking for the extra cars. Beds were comfortable. I like that he provided some beach stuff like chairs, games, etc. I wish we got to use the outdoor area more. Beach was close but would still be a 25 min walk ish so we didn’t walk since we had so many kids with us. Aaron was very responsive via messaging. Thanks for the hospitality, Aaron!

Stayed here with 4 families. The space is laid out well to accommodate us. The house is around 10mins walk from beach, 5 mins from groceries & plenty restaurants in at your doorstep. The house is clean, good amenities and thoughtful little things that’s make a difference (e.g wagon). Host was responsive in any communication I sent and proactively provided relevant information. I would rent this space again.

What an exquisite place! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in … they had everything we needed plus all of the extras. Everything was top notch … from the responsiveness, decor, cleanliness, amenities, and the list goes on. They certainly take great pride in their property and it shows. Our group of 12 girls stayed here as home base for a Bachelorette trip. It was the perfect location and the aesthetic of the home fit our vibe for the trip perfectly. Loved how walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach was from this place. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you would need. We had some free time on a sunny day and the beach equipment really came in handy!Thank you so much for such a nice stay.

We had a great time at Aaron’s property. He was super responsive and very nice. The house was very clean and came with a ton of amenities making the stay super comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to the nice shops and cafes and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the area felt very nice and safe to us. We really enjoyed using the beach equipment that was available on the property, which was a really awesome offering. We had a really enjoyable stay!

Aaron’s place was just what my family needed. We were 4 families traveling with 3 toddlers and 1 baby. The house had everything for everyone. Kitchen was better equipped than my home probably! The kids had space to run, games to play and even though it was winter and cold, we still managed to go to the beach with all the amenities Aaron had for that activity. Our stay was a happy one from beginning to end and we thank you Aaron for lending us your home! Also thanks for being so responsive and open for our late check out.

Aaron’s property felt natural and like home. We were only a few stop signs away form the ocean. The property was immaculate, very clean, and modern setup. When we did have heater issues, Aaron responded immediately and tried to address the issue remotely. The very next day, Aaron showed up in person to diagnose and repaired our heater. Very professional. We would definitely consider staying at this AirBnb, again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property and cherish the memories with my family.

I have stayed globally in many vacation rentals through various platforms and this was one of the best rentals I have ever had. The cleanliness, the comfort, the convenience to shopping and restaurants, and the beach being a 15 minute walk. The owners thought of absolutely every little amenity, which made this an overall fabulous rental 100%. I will return when visiting family again.

Aaron’s place is absolutely beautiful! The entire space was squeaky clean and there was plenty of space for our group of friends. There were thoughtful touches all around the property like extra toothbrushes, toys for the beach, bath salts, etc. Aaron was also super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a stay in San Diego and can’t wait to come back!

We were a group of 8 that stayed here and we all loved it. It was great! It’s in a great location as well and about a 12-15 minute walk from the beach. They thought of all the details and the house was fully stocked! The host was very responsive every time I had a question come up. Highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful home! Don’t hesitate to book this home for your next vacation! It’s within walking distance to the beach and it is fully stocked with all of the beach supplies you’ll need. The house has plenty of towels, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrella and a wagon. The home is immaculate! It is decorated beautifully and looks exactly like the pictures, but better! The home is fully stocked with kitchen supplies and includes a barbecue grill. All of the bathrooms are well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The home has plenty of “extra” touches that we just loved!! Thank you so much Aaron and Kara!! We will be back again soon!

This house was amazing - it is beautiful - new, attractive furniture and amenities throughout. It is so roomy - our party of 8 had so much space - we could find a spot of peace and quiet if we wanted, or all hang out comfortably together in spaces throughout the property. The outdoor space is as enjoyable as the inside. Kitchen is huge and fully stocked - great for cooking dinner in for a large group and eating in. Location is perfect - walkable to shopping and dining in downtown La Jolla (5 min to Marine St or Nautilus). A nice, flat walk to the cliffs. Super short drive (or longer but easy walk) to some of the best beaches in San Diego. They even provide beach chairs and supplies, with a wagon for walking to the beach! Aaron and his team were great. Super responsive. We had a lot of questions before our stay and I don't think we ever waited more than a few minutes for a response. It seems like his staff is available 24/7. We would definitely rent this home again!

Our stay here was perfect. The home was even better than what we imagined, especially having had my share of disappointing Airbnb rentals. We loved the sliding doors that opened up to the patio--it made it feel like we were on a true vacation! The kitchen was immaculate, as was the rest of the home. You can tell that the owners really thought of everything and they didn't skimp on quality--they even have a closet full of beach day items, like boogie boards, sand buckets, and a wagon. The owners are super responsive as well. On the first night, we couldn't find cutting boards, so they ordered some more via Amazon and had it delivered that night (luckily, we found the original ones). I would definitely consider booking this home again in the future!

Wow! What an incredible house! My family and I had plenty of room to relax (the bedrooms were huge, by the way) and all of the decor & furnishings were stunning. We enjoyed making meals at the top-notch, pristinely clean kitchen which had all the cooking supplies you’d ever need. When we weren’t cooking, we enjoyed the many fabulous nearby restaurants in La Jolla Village. The outdoor patio had plenty of seating and was super peaceful. And the beach! It’s about a 10 minute walk and it’s just everything you’d expect from beautiful Southern California. We CANNOT wait to come back. Thank you, Vacation Rentals by Aaron!

Aarons place is possibly the best there is in La Jolla! The property was very clean and the house had everything you need and more. The home is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach, and Aaron was one of the friendliest hosts I’ve had.
