Great spot for my team during a work trip. Close to PB and OB and having simple access to the 5 made life easy. The house was just what we needed and we enjoyed the deck and hot tub every day. A++

Exactly as listed. Our family of five enjoyed the 3 King size beds and linens; were extremely comfortable. Very Clean and comfy home that’s older but they have done some updates recently that are great! Had all of the basics needed; garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, stain remover, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and linens, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, incl. salt n pepper, dishes, cooking pans and utensils. Only suggestion would be to add an air fryer. The sliding door and screen are old and come off track regularly. The only way to lock door was a large stick that goes in the track so no one from outside can open the door, which worked just fine. Wi-Fi worked well. The jacuzzi was nice addition. - the upper deck is a nice view. We mainly used the lower covered patio just off the LR - nice breeze off the ocean regularly. Close enough to walk to the ocean for a morning walk. Aaron was responsive to any questions we had.

I had a great time the home was beautiful, It was nice and clean. They even lets us borrow their beach equipment which was very useful. The only thing I have to complain about is that I didn’t really like that the owner live right next door. It felt like we were being watched at all time which was weird but other then that everything else was amazing.

Alicia, I apologize for the awkward interaction with the neighbor (not the owner (that's me) but my mom lives next door in the house I was raised in and is a wonderful resource for most of my guests). She should have told you who she was when she interacted with you regarding your (somewhat) aggressive dog. I think she was just being cautious since she was hosting 2 pups next door and your dog was acting like it wanted to eat the little dogs she was hosting next door. Glad you enjoyed your stay and, as I stated, my parents are wonderful hosts next door and are always available to assist when needed. Vacation Rentals by Aaron

We had a wonderful stay. We had family coming in from different states for my daughter’s baby shower and I inquired ahead of time if it would be okay to have a few of my family members over one night for game night, it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great place that accommodates several people easily. The backyard was wonderful for our dogs. The back door slides open and allows that wonderful San Diego breeze to blow through. The listing does say 2 bathrooms but it’s only 1 full bath. The master only has a sink and a toilet. So scheduled showers are a must if you’re utilizing all 3 bedrooms. That is truly the only downfall. The kitchen is small but functional and wonderfully equipped. My main concern was the living room and backyard and those were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The Mission Bay View Home was great! Our family of 5 (plus two well trained dogs) were fortunate to have stayed at Aaron’s Mission Bay View house over the Thanksgiving day holiday week. The house was clean, beds very comfortable, and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is close to the freeway but not too close – just enough to be very convenient yet no noise. There is a patio in the backyard, with a deck above it that features great views of Mission Bay and we enjoyed a sunset evening. There is a small hot tub that we tried and it was great. We appreciated as well, that the house featured a desk and remote work station for remote work. Excellent check in and check out process, no hiccups at all. We’d stay again and look forward to doing so! Aaron is great!

We had a great time staying at Aarons place during our trip to San Diego! We stayed with our little family of three for almost a week (including a four year old) and enjoyed every minute of it. Aaron and his family were incredibly friendly throughout our stay, which made us feel warm and welcome on our first trip to the city. The location is fantastic, super close to just about everything including the zoo and many beaches. This place is clean, with a cute aesthetic and made us feel right at home. Plus the view from the balcony can’t be beat! An added bonus during the summer is that you can see the fireworks from sea world every night, a fun plus we weren’t expecting! Not only would we stay here again, but we’re already planning on it. A top choice for your trip if you’re considering a vacation to San Diego. Thanks Aaron and fam for a lovely time!

This location is pretty close to a lot of the things we wanted to see with easy access to the main highway. The house is cozy with minor inconveniences. It’s actually 1.5 bath. Not two full baths. We had to share one shower between the 5 of us which slowed us down with getting ready in the morning. It could use a little updating on the bathrooms and kitchen, and some actual ceiling lights around the house and in the bedrooms. Most had just floor lamps and table lamps.

Communication was excellent and clear. Was a short distance to all attractions. Loved how it was furnished with everything needed. Comfy beds and dog friendly. The only thing I would share with future guests is the yard only has a two foot flower pot fence on one side and we had a large dog so we couldn’t let her just hang out in the back. Thank you Aaron for a nice family weekend getaway!

Was a lot larger than it looked from outside. Nice yard and upper deck. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were large and comfortable. Kitchen was well stalked with cooking supplies, seasonings and dishes which made it great for our mothers day breakfast. Host was extremely responsive even though he was at a concert he responded right away when we were having problems with the front door lock. Would definitely recommend and stay again or at one of their other properties again.

My family stayed here for almost 3 weeks as we were waiting for our home to have repairs done close by. We had nothing but positive things to say about our stay with Vacation Rentals By Aaron. Aaron himself was very helpful and friendly. Responded to messages within the hour and really went above and beyond when we needed anything. The location was beautiful. We were able to spend almost every night out on the deck and enjoying the firepit. Sea World and fireworks are just across the bay so it made for a wonderful view on Friday and Saturday nights. Parking was not a problem. 2 parking spots in the driveway and plenty of available spots on the street around the corner. Pretty much everything you need is already inside the house and if you need anything Aaron was extremely helpful. I really can't think of anything but positives about our stay. We had a wonderful time in our temporary home away from home and would recommend it to anybody coming to town. Thanks!

We ere being displaced while having some emergency plumbing fixed in our home. This was fairly close to home and convenient. Rentals by Aaron allowed us to be close enough to keep an eye on the progress of the plumbing work and we could bring our furbaby with. Bummer was that the yard is not secure, so we had to keep our dog on a leash at all times while in the yard. House was comfortable and clean. Rainy weather did not allow us to partake in the deck, but it clearly was a lovely viewing spot for sunsets.

Had a wonderful stay at Aaron's place. It was clean and the bed was nice and soft but firm, great view from the outside deck area, awesome AC everywhere in the house...Would definitely stay here again. Location is just seconds away from the freeway, as well as the waterfront area being walking distance. Super convenient 7 Eleven also walking distance away as well as some good restaurants in the vicinity as well as a nice brewery (Harland with them Lagers...). Loved every moment I was there. Thank you!

The place just as described and photos are accurate. The location is great and within minutes of most places the area. The only would recommend is updating the place a little more to match the neighborhood. Overall, this place a great value. We would highly recommend and would have hesitation choosing this place.

The place was in a perfect location! Only about 10-15 min to the Zoo, Belmont park, and La Jolla. Host was super attentive to anything we needed. The king beds are a huge plus, we had 6 people and slept very comfortably! Very happy with the experience and would definitely book again.

Great place. Dog friendly if you're dog is friendly with neighbours (short fence leads into the neighbours that seemed to have a high turn over of people) Possibly the most comfortable beds i have ever slept on.

Aaron's place was an excellent stay in San Diego! Nice view of Mission Bay, the sunset, and we could clearly see the Sea World fireworks, especially from the deck. Lots of room for our party of 6 plus 2 infants. Very close to the freeway, making access to downtown, Coronado, and La Jolla a breeze for us. Aaron was also very communicative and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Can't wait to stay here again.
