Excelente lugar, muy cómodo y muy recomendable. La ubicación es muy buena, de fácil acceso al freeway 5, por lo que uno está cerca de cualquier lugar en San Diego.

the water heater was out on our first morning. however, I messaged Si before 8 am and he had a plumber there by 10am on Christmas eve! his responsiveness turned what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant trip. I cannot say enough good things about Si's attentiveness and responsiveness. would definitely stay at this property again. the location is amazing and the amount of food choices nearby was convenient.

This place was as described. There is a little drive or a bit of a walk to get to Old Town and attractions but there were a couple restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect: just a short walk (or drive) to Old Town San Diego one way and multiple restaurants the other. The home was clean and comfortable. Si was quick to respond if I had any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy to check in and felt right at home. The amenities also included basic cleaning supplies which was very helpful. Garage parking was great because it made us feel much safer than parking on the street in an area we weren’t familiar with. 10/10 would stay again.

Great place! Great host as well! We had such an amazing time there, the only thing I’d say it’s that on both bathrooms the water goes pretty slow on the washbasin and on the guest bathroom the bathtub as well, other than that it’s great !

We loved our stay! It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and could walk to our favorite restaurant, El Agave. We came to bring our son back to college and it was close enough to drive back and forth and close enough to walk through Old Town. We would definitely come back!

Si’s places was very clean and well stocked. They had all the amenities, including children’s items (pack n play, baby bath, high chair) and beach items (umbrella, chairs). They also had extra bedding and an air mattress as well. The location was excellent - 10 min from the airport in historic San Diego. Everywhere was between a 10-20 min drive max. We loved this home and would definitely rent it again if we’re in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Si’s place. It fit perfectly for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The place was spacious and comfortable. The locations was perfect to fine a nice bite to eat, and the kitchen was appropriately stocked for a meal at home. There were plenty of towels and items to even enjoy a day on the beach. The shampoo smelled amazing! My only critique would be to have dimmers on the lights in the living room. I found it hard to find good relaxing lighting at night to watch TV. Overall, I would stay here again. Thank you!

Hiccup upon arrival at 3:00 since the cleaners were there. They said they’d be done in 15 minutes but didn’t finish until 4:00. I thought I was communicating with Si but eventually discovered it was their mgmt company. They were very responsive though. Overall, we were there for the Padre-Cubs series so the place fit our needs.

Stayed there six nights, and used trolley to get to convention center (10 minute walk, +10 minute ride time). For that it served its purpose. No nearby supermarket (within walking distance). Balconie faces west, so you get to see the airport (not bothersomely close) and hear cars driving on 5).

Our stay was perfect! Plenty of toiletries, extra towels, and dishes for us to use. The washer and dryer were easy access and there are plenty of bed options. No toaster, which was a bummer but not a big deal. I’ll definitely consider booking later on :)

I would book this place 10 times over. The location couldn’t be better. We got to wherever we needed in the city in 10-15 minutes. Never waited more than 10 minutes for an Uber/Lyft. Space had everything we needed. Primary bedroom is spacious and great en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom was a little smaller than expected, so was a little cramped for 2 grown adults to share but it got the job done and would be perfect for kiddos. The balcony was the perfect touch to drink coffee and recover from our adventures the night before. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was as easy as it gets. I have found my forever rental when visiting one of my favorite cities.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We were gathering for a Marine graduation, and this location was perfect. In fact we walked to / from the base a couple times, and easy walk to Old Town (15 minutes) for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Caveat that you need to be able to climb stairs in that it's a flight to get to the main floor (above garage) then more stairs inside to get to the bedrooms. Fortunately we all managed it. The only problem was the gas stovetop had issues that it showed "on" and troubleshooting revealed broken knobs and stems. Once I verified it wasn't leaking gas I didn't have someone out but it's hopefully being taken care of now. They were pretty responsive on the issue.

This listing is definitely Paradise in Old Town! Everything about the stay was fantastic. The place was ready for us EARLIER than normal check-in time, so they sent us a notification and we arrived a few hours earlier than expected, which was super convenient. Check-in was easy, there was convenient driveway (and garage) parking for us, and the house was in perfect condition when we walked in. I was working in the daytime during my stay, so I needed good internet/wifi speed. Thankfully, the internet speed was great the whole time, so I was able to get plenty of work done. I need to add that there are a lot of good food spots in walking distance (or a very short drive), which I also thought helped make the listing great. All in all, an awesome listing, and I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding spot! Totally private, no shared spaces or surprises. Perfect central location in San Diego, only a few mins from Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado and the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe. No complaints about the cleanliness or comfortability, things were exactly as you’d hope them to be - very clean, modern and functional. The porch, the garage, and the locking side entry gate were invaluable features that made us feel at home during our trip. There’s even a secret (seemed like it) deck on the roof that wasn’t listed in the pictures where the view was amazing. Don’t be concerned about noise from the airport, it was a non-issue on the nights we stayed. The TV in the living room was old and small, but not a big deal, get out and see the city. Host was very communicative and quick to respond, even late. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate !!

Liebe Si, eure Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir schätzen die schnelle Kommunikation und die damit verbundene Problemlösung. Die Aufteilung und die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie entspricht den Angaben im Inserat und den Bildern. Mit dem Auto haben wir die Innenstadt und Coronado Island sehr gut erreichen können. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fanden wir nicht so gut, da wir als Familie mit Kindern aus Sicherheitsgründen abends hier nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs sein wollten. San Diego ist eine wunderbare Stadt und deine Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt um diese Stadt und die Umgebung kennenzulernen.

I greatly appreciated how easy it was to find everything you needed around the property, like soap, towels, extra blankets etc. The location is very central to the airport, downtown and the freeways so it’s very convenient. We had a great stay at Si’s place and it was perfect for our needs. The house is close to the airport and car rental drop off which was really useful. Also walkable to Old town which we loved. For downtown and San Diego zoo we got an Uber which was easy and reasonable. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and was kitted out with all we needed. The host is very responsive and extremely helpful.

사진과 정말 똑같습니다. 호스트분은 연락이 정말 빠르게 잘 되었으며 체크인방법과 집에 대한 설명이 아주 자세했어요. 집도 무척 깔끔하고 주변관광지들 차로 이동하기 딱 좋은 곳이라 움직이기 편했습니다. 다만 밤에 비행기와 트롤리 소음이 조금!(거의 신경쓰이진 않음)있는 편이며 싱글베드는 건장한 성인 남성에게는 조금 작은 편이므로 고려하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 차도 SUV정도의 크기는 차고에 들어가지 않을 수 있으므로 렌트카 이용시 고려하시길 바랍니다. 하지만 차고진입로 쪽에 주차할 수 있어서 전혀 문제되지 않았어요. 지리적 이점과 깔끔한 위생상태, 친절하고 정확하고 빠른 호스트의 응답이 큰 장점이라 생각합니다.(한국 라면 준비해주신 거 보고 감동 받았어요ㅠ❤️❤️ 시간이 안되서 못먹은게 너무 아쉽) 무척 만족스럽게 숙소 이용하였으며 이다음에 샌디에이고에 또 오게 된다면 이용할 의향이 있습니다. Close to mission area, the zoo, and sea world. Comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place. The location was great. We especially loved the view in the evenings from the upstairs deck. The only issues we had were… the wrong door code upon arrival and the home was a bit dirty. However, Dan and Si were quickly responsive and accommodating to this. It certainly didn’t ruin our time or experience whatsoever.

It was a very nice place in a convenient area! I wish the master bedroom had a TV but other then that it was great!

It was very clean and comfortable The only thing I would change is to put a light over the street number it cannot be seen from the street

This spot was absolutely perfect for a girls get away / staycation. You’re right at the heart of everything (less than 4 minutes from Old Town, 8 minutes to Downtown and 12 minutes from PB.). We enjoyed every minute of it and enjoyed coming home to a clean house with such a gorgeous view! Host didn’t tell us that we were going to be blessed with seeing the beautiful sunset & planes taking off every day (how cool)!! The master shower/ bathroom is absolutely stunning. I also love the layout and how the kitchen / living room are completely separate from the bedrooms!
