Stunning Bay Park View Home

Loved the house - a wonderful place to gather with friends from all over the place and enjoy San Diego. Good access to freeways, close restaurants and groceries. Everything worked like a charm. Would 100% stay here again.

Really nice home. Just as described/pictured. Perfect for our family. We did have a little hiccup upon arrival. The cleaning people had not been there so the house wasn’t clean and ready for us. They told us to get dinner and when we returned, the house was clean and smelled fresh. They were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. It is located near SeaWorld, the beach and a short drive to all other activities. The view from the patios is beautiful. The beds are comfy. Our only suggestion is to have a queen size bed in one of the smaller upstairs bedrooms. It was a little snug for our daughter and son-in-law in a full. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home! Aaron was communicative and helpful. The house was spotless, plenty of space for our whole group (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is up up very big hill overlooking Mission Bay. A special bonus was to see the fireworks over SeaWorld every night around 9 PM from our rooftop balcony. Highly recommend staying at this fantastic house if you can.

Nice surprise notified of option to check in early, easy to check in and easy to find house. The place is very nice, large, well kept, everything top of the line, beds are very comfortable. Host very responsive. Great to have a driveway for cars. Weather a bit cool so we didn't use the garden/BBQ area/Rooftop but plenty of outside space to enjoy.

This is the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. Very well taken care of. The ultimate in luxury. Made my family feel so spoiled. At the same time we were also very comfortable hanging out watching movies. Amazing surround sound.

Great house that didn't disappoint. We were there for the holidays and it was a great place to gather. The pictures don't do justice. The kitchen and living areas were huge. The kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We truly enjoyed the stay.

This was probably my favorite Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. The house was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to get anywhere around San Diego in a timely manner. It was very clean, had great WiFi and natural light throughout the house, was very spacious, and had all the amenities and additions to make it feel like a home away from home. The rooftop deck provided amazing views as well. Hope to stay here again some day!

This place is enormous. The house is very spacious and nicely updated. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop deck is an added bonus. The property is easy to find and check in was very smooth. Aaron and team are very quick to respond to any messages. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the top of a hill so it was very nice if you want silence at night to sleep. This place is just minutes from Mission Bay and downtown in a car. I like that we were able to enjoy all the activities that SD had to offer but didn’t have to hear all the noise at night that the city brings as well. If you have a large responsible group traveling to SD, this is great place to stay.

The place is great perfect for 4th of July since it has a top deck that overlooks the city. We paid premium price due to 4th of July. Would have preferred the non -holiday rate but we enjoyed it very much. GREAT location for Old Town, beach and Sefa World . We made beautiful memories in this very beautiful home.

We just loved this home it was absolutely beautiful but still comfortable. It is huge so much space and the area relaxing. I loved view driving to and from the street. Also the view from the roof top patio was amazing so peaceful there. The master suite is everything! Love the fact you have a driveway park your car. The neighborhood is quiet and at night we saw the fireworks it was so cool. Overall would definitely stay in the again. Host was great as always very helpful. Wish I had another week of vacation to stay other than that everything was perfect.

My whole family converged in San Diego for my grandson's first birthday. Aaron's place was perfect for us all. Very spacious, great kitchen dining space, baths and bedrooms. Loved the grill as well. The weather was not great so we missed using the roof space.

as soon as you walk into this amazing house you realize the pictures are great but this place is even better in person. Huge living room and kitchen area with an island perfect for your guest to gather around. Master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous and this place has multiple balconies all with a great view. On top of it all is an amazing roof top over looking Downtown, Point Loma and Sea World. Perfect place to catch an amazing sunset. Aaron was very responsive and made ever effort to ensure I was taken care of.

This suited our group of six (originally was to be seven, which also would have been plenty of room) perfectly. There were plenty of dishes, so we weren’t having to constantly be washing them. The big coffee maker (there is also a Keurig) is 14-cup, a luxury with 5 coffee drinkers in the morning. We were most looking forward to spending time on the rooftop, and the pictures were NOT misleading. The views were wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet. What we wanted was a comfortable space to spend time together in the mornings and evenings, before and after daytime activities, and this house fit our needs exactly. There was plenty of space to all be together, but when recharging was needed, there were plenty of places to go, too.

This place is great!! Close to everything we wanted to do. We loved the different areas with TVs so that everyone can watch what they wanted to watch. The beds were super comfortable, except for the bed on the first floor. Not sure why, but the head of the bed was angled down lower than the foot of the bed which made sleeping feel awkward. Fixed that by switching the pillows to the other side. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING anyone would ever need, from forks and spoons, spices, rice cooker, and baking sheets! Even had reusable water bottles! THE best AirBnb kitchen I have ever been in! Wish we could have used more of the outdoor space, it was just too cold during our visit (December) to use them. This house would have easily been a 5 star for me... the only reason I selected 4 was because the upstairs heating didn't work on the 2 coldest nights in the San Diego area all year and we didn't get communication that the fridge in the kitchen was not working until it was too late. Had some meat and fish spoil on us. But, Aaron was a total gem with trying to get these things fixed and communicatedwith us appropriately and quickly on what was happening. Definitely a 5 on communication! I would suggest an external light by the BBQ area since it was dark in winter by 5pm. Amazing accommodationsfor our 6 night stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, families with children or all adults traveling together. Thanks Aaron!

This home is such a beautiful, prime location. This being my first visit to San Diego, nothing was too far away. I did so many wonderful things and concluding all of them was unwinding in this amazing home. The rooftop views of San Diego are impeccable. This house is gorgeous from floor to ceiling. There was plenty of room at the dining table to have a successful game night and comfortable couches to enjoy movie night. The space allows everyone adequate privacy and plenty of open space to enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect to take a short trip to Gaslamp and to Old Town. The rooftop patio was the cheery on top. Overall, you will NOT be disappointed!

This home was minutes from everything. The rooftop views are great. The beds and pillows are like a cloud. Lots of room, lots of views, lots of balconies. The home has everything you might need on vacation. The kitchen has everything a chef would need to cook a fabulous meal. Easy self-check-in. driveway parking, and lots of free parking on the street if needed. Great hot water and pressure for a shower. Good fast Wifi and lots of TV/Movie steaming options available. I would def recommend this home.

The house was everything we'd hoped it would be. Great places to gather, private decks to get away, a rooftop patio with a fantastic view. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. Our family of six adults had plenty of space when needed, and found the open spaces in the kitchen / living room, and on the patio to be wonderful places to come together. Great place, great location, awesome views! The place got everything that you will need, and more! More than enough space for my family of 5, definitely will accomodate up to 10 people comfortably. Location is conveniently located to convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and a 8-10 min drive to an EV car supercharger station! Aaron is such an awesome hosts. Responds fast to messages, and will try to accomodate your requests. This place is a must, and will definitely stay here when we visit SD again ???

This is a great house with some amazing, panoramic views. Could see the Sea World fireworks from the rooftop deck. Lots of great little touches and the backyard is a very relaxing place to hang out. I would highly recommend staying.
